Kind tips:

1. Clean the water bag:

(1) To avoid any plastic smell when drinking, please rinse the water bag 3 times before the first use.

(2) Please dry the water bag thoroughly every time you clean it.

(3) If the plastic smell still exists, put the dry water bag in the refrigerator overnight.

2. How to empty the air in the water bag:

(1) In order to avoid hearing noise in the water bag during exercise, please make sure to empty all the air in the water bag before filling the water.

(2) After filling the water, turn the water bag upside down, guide the air bubbles to the opening of the pipe and suck them out. In this way, you can enjoy noise-free during exercise.

3. Adjustable water pipe, humanized design of bite valve:

(1) You can cut the hydration tube to the length you like.

(2) Remove the bite valve, put the part of the pipe that needs to be cut into hot water to soften, cut it to the desired length and replace the bite valve.
